The same gutter after cleaning

The previous gutter pictures are from this house.
It hadn't rained for about 3 days before I took
these pictures. Two story homes in or near large
trees are commonly in this condition because the
homeowner can not see that the gutters are clogged.

This shows the roof sheeting over a 3 seasons
porch. Clearly this roof was leaking.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The
same sheeting after it was removed, the water
had completely saturated a large portion of the
sheeting and it had started to rot away.

Owner had complaints of a leak in his breakfast
nook. This is not an add on, it is original
to the house. This is an attempt to ventilate the
attic area above the breakfast nook.

This is the same roof vented properly. The owner
has not had a leak since the repair was completed.
